Support via email and live chat is always free when you sign up for a hosting account with Larry.

We also offer paid support for both business and individual customers (if you are not a current customer, then there is a one-hour minimum charge. See rates below).

Remote Tech Troubleshooting:

  • Remote scanning for malware is $75 for up to 4 hours, $125 for 4-8hours.
  • For individual customers (non-business): $50 for the first half-hour, then $50 in 15 minute increments after the first half-hour.
  • For business customers: $60 for the first half-hour, then $60 in 15 minute increments after the first half-hour.
